Mainichi Shirt | The Yoko Capsule
The Yoko Capsule is a limited, collaborative collection with Emi Ito of Little Koto's Closet. This capsule consists of five pieces envisaged in the spirit of Emi's late mother, Yoko. Learn more about the inspiration behind each piece here.
The Mainichi Shirt features a boxy cropped bodice and a gently curved, bracelet-length sleeve. It is made of breathable cotton crepe fabric and is worn here with the Koto Skirt.
Here are Emi's words about the significance of the Mainichi Shirt:
Mainichi means “every day” in Japanese and this top is inspired by the haori my mother wore almost daily. The sleeves are a replica of the haori that she handmade and wore out and about around our home. May this top be a garment you reach for regularly as you greet a new day.
The Mainichi Shirt Tie Top has an easy fit with ease through the bust and waist.
