Shipping & Returns
Two Days Off isn’t like a lot of other shops. We believe in consuming more mindfully. As a small, sustainability-focused company we also encourage our customers to do the same. You’ll notice we don’t accept returns. We know shopping online is tricky, so please chat with us if you have any questions before you place your order!
Shipping
We only ship on our two days off (weekends!) so expect a shipment notifications up to seven days after you placed your order. We do not ship on holidays, and orders placed on holiday weekends may ship the weekend after.
We offer domestic shipping via USPS First Class Mail, USPS Priority Mail, and UPS which can be selected at check out.
Two Days Off is not responsible for unexpected shipping delays caused by severe weather, natural disasters, pandemics, or other courier delays. In addition, we are not responsible for packages that are lost or damaged in transit but please reach out to us if such an issue arises and we will do our best to help you resolve it.
All orders are shipped in reusable, recyclable, and biodegradable packaging.
Returns
All items are final sale and exchanges are accepted on a case by case basis.
Orders placed with store credit from a previous exchange are not eligible for a second complimentary prepaid exchange.
Two Days Off has the right to deny a credit if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements.
