Two Days Off isn’t like a lot of other brands. We believe in producing and consuming more mindfully. As a small, sustainability-focused company we also encourage our customers to do the same. You’ll notice as you read on some items are made-to-order, read more on why we produce this way. You’ll also notice we don’t accept returns for refund, read more about our slow fashion ethos here. We know shopping online is tricky, that’s why we want to help you get the perfect item on the first try. Shipping

Ready-to-ship items will be shipped within 7 business days of us receiving your order (read more here about our pandemic protocols). Shipment dates for pre-order can be found on product pages. Please allow 4-5 weeks for your made-to-order and custom pieces to ship. 

We offer domestic shipping via USPS Priority Mail, UPS, and Fedex Ground which can be selected at check out. Express shipping can be made available upon request via support@twodaysoff.com.

International shipping is varies by country and ships via USPS First Class, if your country is not listed please contact us at support@twodaysoff.com.

Two Days Off is not responsible for unexpected shipping delays caused by severe weather, natural disasters, pandemics, or other courier delays. In addition, we are not responsible for packages that are lost or damaged in transit but please reach out to us if such an issue arises and we will do our best to help you resolve it.

Returns

Items purchased on sale or with a promotional coupon code are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

For ready-to-ship clothing we accept exchanges and returns for shop credit excluding the cost of shipping within 30 days for unwashed, unworn items. We do not accept returns or exchanges for personal care products, jewelry, or accessories.

For made-to-order pieces we accept returns for shop credit within 30 days of receiving your item. The cost of shipping is non-refundable.

Custom pieces are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Two Days Off has the right to deny a credit if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements.
