Carbon neutrality means having a balance between emitting carbon and absorbing carbon from the atmosphere. We "neutralize" the GHG emission we produce while running the business by investing in projects around the world that reduce carbon dioxide in the atmosphere.

We only do product exchanges in rare circumstances. We process returns within 7-14 days of receiving them back. Once processed you can expect an email with your store credit information.
Our store credits never expire so feel free to take your time selecting you next item with care.
We do not ship overseas due to recent increased delays and issues with carriers shipping internationally. Please join our email list to find out when we are able to ship internationally again!
Yes! Since launch we have steered away from single use plastics in our packaging materials. Our mailers are reusable, biodegradable, and can be recycled. Our stickers are also printed on recycled paper and printed using soy or algae-based ink.
Some of the brands we stock may use plastic packaging but we work with them to reduce that use where we can.
Yes! All of our shipments to you are carbon neutral. That means we offset all of the GHGs emitted in transporting that item to you.
We ship using USPS and UPS. At check-out you will be asked to select your preferred delivery method. When offered free shipping we will select from either USPS Priority or UPS Ground.

Shipping times have been somewhat unreliable at different times during the pandemic. Please be patient and allow ample time for your item to arrive, especially when ordering during holiday season.
