Our design studio is located in West Los Angeles and all of our pieces are made in small batches in Downtown LA.
Our clothes are made by a small team in the heart of Downtown LA. Our cutter and production coordinator, Jose, runs the sewing studio and has over 28 years of experience in the fashion industry. Our sample maker, Yolanda, has more than three decades sewing professionally. And our production sewer, Pedro, has a keen eye for detail and finishes garments immaculately. Gina does all of the pattern design and drafting herself at her home studio in West Los Angeles.
We produce in small batches and do periodic restocks of popular sizes and colors when they run out. If you are interested in a sold out item be sure to sign-up for the restock notification on the product page. That indicates to us which items to prioritize! And when we do restock it you'll be the first to know.
Carbon neutrality means having a balance between emitting carbon and absorbing carbon from the atmosphere. We "neutralize" the GHG emission we produce while running the business by investing in projects around the world that reduce carbon dioxide in the atmosphere.
Read more here about our climate action efforts and here about why carbon offsets are important.
Deadstock is leftover fabric that was not used for its intended purpose and is at risk of going to waste. Often it is available in a very limited quantities. You can read more in this article where we weigh the pros and cons of deadstock.

Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. We currently offer USPS First class International because UPS and DHL charge brokerage fees on top of duties and shipping charges.
Yes! Since launch we have steered away from single use plastics in our packaging materials. All of our clothing is packaged in home compostable garment bags and shipped in sturdy, 100% recycled paper mailers. These mailers are reusable, biodegradable, and can be recycled. Our stickers are also printed on recycled paper and printed using soy or algae-based ink.
Some of the brands we stock may use plastic packaging for hygiene purposes but we work with them to reduce that use where we can.
Yes! All of our shipments to you are carbon neutral. That means we offset all of the GHGs emitted in transporting that item to you. (We actually offset all of our emissions, learn more here).
